1. Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Darman Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Les Alpes", "we") as data controller, in the scope described below.

2. Personal data we process

When you complete an enquiry or camp application form on this site, we process the following:

• Identity and contact: full name, phone number, e-mail address, city of residence.
• Your child's details: full name, date of birth, age, gender, previous skiing experience and level.
• Health information: only the note you choose to add about your child's health that should be taken into account during camp.
• Enquiry details: the camp or event you are interested in, preferred location, accommodation preference, how you heard about us and your message.
• For corporate enquiries: company or school name, role, number of students.
• Security and analytics: your IP address, browser information, the page the form was submitted from, the referring link and any campaign (UTM) parameters.

3. Purposes of processing

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
• To identify the right camp, level and group for your child.
• To create your camp or event booking and arrange accommodation and travel.
• To keep your child safe during camp and reach you in an emergency.
• To meet our legal obligations (tourism regulation, accounting and tax records).
• To improve our services and measure which channels work.

4. Legal grounds

We process your data under article 5 of the KVKK on the following grounds:

• Your explicit consent: the notice and consent you confirm when submitting a form, and your separate consent for the use of photographs and video.
• Formation and performance of a contract: creating and delivering your camp booking.
• Legal obligation: records required by tourism, accounting and tax legislation.
• Legitimate interest: site security and measuring service quality.

5. Children's data

The forms on this site are completed by a parent or legal guardian, not by children. We process your child's data only because you, as their guardian, have provided it. We never use children's data for marketing or transfer it to third parties for advertising.

6. Health information (special category data)

The health note you provide is special category personal data under article 6 of the KVKK. It is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent and solely to keep your child safe during camp. Only the relevant coach and camp manager can see it; it is shared with no one else. You may leave this field blank.

7. Photographs and video

Photographs and video taken at our camps are used for promotional purposes only if you gave separate consent on the application form. That consent is optional and refusing it does not affect participation. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@lesalpes.com.tr; the relevant material will be taken down after your request.

8. Transfer of data

Within Türkiye: the hotels you stay at, transport and transfer providers, our insurer, our accountancy provider, and public authorities legally entitled to request information.

Abroad: for our international camps, only the necessary details (participant name, date of birth, passport information, room preference) are shared with the hotel, ski school, transfer company and airline in the destination country. This transfer is made under article 9 of the KVKK, on the basis of the explicit consent you give with your international camp application.

We never sell, rent or transfer your data to any other third party for advertising purposes.

9. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, through the forms on this website, WhatsApp and telephone conversations, and e-mail correspondence.

10. Retention period

• Enquiries that do not result in a booking: 2 years from last contact.
• Applications that become a booking: 10 years from completion of the service, as required by financial legislation.
• Photographs and video: until your consent is withdrawn.

At the end of the period your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

11. Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may contact us to exercise the following rights:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction of your data.
• Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer loss because of unlawful processing.

12. How to apply

You may send your requests by e-mail to info@lesalpes.com.tr or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your application is refused, you retain the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
