1. Parties and scope

This website is operated by Darman Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Les Alpes"). By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the site

The site exists to provide information about Les Alpes children's ski camps, the race school, school partnerships and events. No online sales or payments are taken through the site.

3. Applications and booking

The forms on this site are an enquiry. On their own they do not constitute a booking or a binding contract. After you submit a form our team will contact you; a booking is confirmed only once availability is verified and payment is made. Camp bookings are governed by the contract provided to you at the time of booking and by Turkish package travel regulation under TÜRSAB.

4. Prices and content

Prices, dates, availability and programme details shown on the site are for information only and may change without notice. Only the price and conditions confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking are binding. International camp prices may vary with exchange rates, flight prices and supplier conditions.

5. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation, date changes and refund conditions are set out in the booking contract. In the event of weather conditions, piste closures, insufficient enrolment or force majeure, Les Alpes reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel a programme; in that case you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

6. Participant responsibility

Parents are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information given on the application form — in particular the child's age, skiing level and health status. Missing or incorrect information can lead to a child being placed in the wrong group and to a safety risk. Skiing is by its nature a sport that carries risk; participants must follow coach instructions and piste rules. Helmets are mandatory at all our camps.

7. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, video, logo, design and software on this site belong to Les Alpes or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, used commercially or republished elsewhere without written permission. Our name, brand and logos are protected.

8. Limitation of liability

Information on the site is prepared with care, but no absolute guarantee is given as to its accuracy or currency. The site is not guaranteed to run without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Les Alpes is not liable for indirect loss arising from access to the site or use of the information on it. This limitation does not cover our contractual liability for delivering the camp service itself.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to sponsors, schools, hotels and social media. Les Alpes is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Cookies and personal data

The site uses only the session and security cookies needed for it to work; it uses no third-party tracking cookies for advertising or profiling. Fonts are served from our own server, not an external one. You can find how your personal data is processed in our Privacy Notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Users who are consumers retain the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.

12. Changes

Les Alpes may change these terms without prior notice. The current text takes effect when published on this page.
