At Les Alpes, we have a dynamic structure. We operate in four main areas: We offer special programs for corporate companies' families with closed group camps. We establish school teams, plan training sessions, and manage the process on behalf of the school through school partnerships. We train licensed athletes with the Let's Race racing team. Overseas camp organizations provide children with international experience.

Our Skiing Methodology
At Les Alpes, we understand that every child learns at a different pace and has different needs. That's why we have designed our skiing methodology to suit a development model based on different levels. This model consists of five separate levels structured according to the children's ages and skill levels: Junior, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Let's Race (race team).
The main goal of this system is to make sure every athlete can safely progress at their own level while keeping technical training sustainable and effective. Thanks to our coaches' focus on goals and keeping a good balance of learning within the group, kids get a training process that supports them both physically and mentally. This approach offers lasting benefits not only in terms of performance but also in terms of sports culture and self-discipline development.
The junior level is designed specifically for children aged 3.5–5 years old and consists of one-on-one training. Children in this age group are not developmentally ready for group lessons, so the training program consists of 12 hours of individual lessons. The coach combines techniques with game-based approaches according to the child's progress to make the lessons enjoyable and effective. The aim is to introduce children to skiing in a safe and fun way while supporting their basic motor skills.
Your first encounter with skiing begins with a safe start. The Beginner level, designed for athletes aged 5–15, is a critical step in developing basic posture, balance, braking, and steering skills. Athletes who participate in the first two camps complete the Beginner level after a total of 24 hours of training, having acquired these skills. By this level, athletes also gain the ability to ski more controlled on blue slopes. The Beginner level establishes a solid and safe foundation for the athlete's entire development journey.
Designed for athletes aged 5–15, the Intermediate level consists of a structured program totaling 36 hours, with 12 hours added to the 24-hour basic training. During this process, athletes develop a more controlled, balanced, and independent stance on the slopes. Technical development, pace management, and turn variety are the main focus areas of this level. Athletes learn to ski in a much more professional manner on blue slopes, deepen their connection with skiing, and begin to develop their personal styles.
Athletes who complete the Advanced level will have successfully completed a total of 60 hours of intensive and structured training. At this stage, advanced training focuses on speed control, agility, endurance, and technical precision. Athletes can now demonstrate not only basic skills but also performance-based details with mastery. Children aged 5–15 gain the status of foundation athletes at the end of this level and become ready to join the Let’s Race competition team.
The Les Alpes Let's Race Team is a special racing team program created for our children who have successfully completed the Advanced level. At this level, training sessions are carefully planned by the Head Coach according to each athlete's individual development goals. The goal is no longer just to be a good skier, but to become a performance athlete. For athletes aged 10 and older, this journey opens the door to a professional process leading to the national team. Discipline, technical development, and determination are the cornerstones of this level.

Let's Race Team: The Champions of the Future Are Grown Here
Les Alpes' Let's Race Racing Team is a disciplined and professional infrastructure program established to prepare performance-oriented athletes for the national team. Our goal is to go beyond technical proficiency and support the physical, mental, and emotional development of athletes.
The 2024-2025 season showed the concrete results of this vision. Our athlete Ada, who was selected for the C National Team in the U14 category at the beginning of the season, was promoted to the A National Team level with her steady development throughout the season. This success was made possible by a planned training program led by our head coach Rıdvan Delikaya, individual goal tracking and commitment to sports discipline.
Let's Race is a system that not only wins races but also builds long-term athlete identity. We continue to help many children like Ada discover their potential.
